A Personal Note from John

Dear Readers,

My name is John Keyser and I am a leadership coach.

I understand that deciding to seek guidance about your career, passions or any life issue is not an easy one. Yet, it’s a decision that could significantly impact your career and your life.

Choosing a leadership coach may not be an easy task. It may be hard to distinguish a good one from a great one. I hope that you take a few minutes to read through my site to learn more about the philosophies that guide my coaching, as well as the many resources that I provide, from books and websites to my personal blog.

In fact, you may find that my life’s experiences have helped guide me down the same path that brought you here today. I have been a corporate executive, have helped guide non-profits and other charitable organizations towards success, and have served on the executive boards of businesses large and small, and have had the privilege of working with professionals whose passions have inspired great accomplishments.

However, someone having a passion does not mean they necessarily know how to turn it into satisfying accomplishments. Success may require new thinking, change and discipline, as well as the willingness to look inward and examine development needs, maybe even insecurities and apprehensions. The clients I work with are on their way to doing wonderful things, some just needed to find their thinking partner.

Because individuals are unique, my leadership coaching does not provide a standard approach to leadership. I work with each client to understand his or her situation and goals, and to develop a personalized strategy.
