Be An Energizer Of People

I’ve always admired leaders who just naturally seem to energize people. Actually, my hat’s off to not just senior leaders, but also others who are a source of positive energy, whatever their role.

It fascinates me that a single person in a company, a division, or a team can be a spark plug that sets a strong tone for others. It’s true!

Let’s think about the qualities of a person that brings energy and enthusiasm to a company, associates, and team members.

Surely the person:

• readily accepts responsibility

• walks purposefully
• works with a smile!

I believe becoming a powerful leader and being successful in the business world is achieved when an individual is firstly a hard worker, a good person and sticks to the principles above.
